A degree in law has become one of the most desirable courses in Telangana. Students in increasing numbers are opting for undergraduate courses of law. Apart from the salary offered to a fresher, it's more about the prestige which motivates students to take up pre-law courses. Plenty of jobs exist within the legal field to choose from. Persons holding law degree can find opportunities ranging from Magistrate/Munsif or Sub-Judge to legal assistants, paralegals, and Judges. In addition, they can serve as members of Law Commission, Public Prosecutors, Solicitors, Attorney General, Advocate General, Notaries and Oath Commissioners.
Eligibility and Courses Candidates would have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from the recognized board can take the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) to study law in various colleges of Telangana. Students can also undertake Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test (TSLAWCET) to study law in Telangana.
