IIIT-Hyderabad extends UG admissions deadline to 26 March

IIIT-Hyderabad has extended the deadline for UG admissions to 26 March 2018.
It has also introduced significant changes to its undergraduate admission process to ensure students with research aptitude are selected for the dual degree programmes and a special channel is opened for students in the CBSE UDAAN scheme, a press release received here said.
New admission process - UGEE (undergraduate engineering entrance examination) required for all Dual Degree (B.Tech + MS Research) admissions - Special Channel of Admission for CBSE-UDAAN scheme students - JEE (Main) will continue to be the basis for 4-year B.Tech programme.
